French Cooking Course at Ballina

Choux_Pastry.jpgOn Saturday 8th October, the AF Cote du Nord is holding a French Cooking Demonstration at the Masonic Hall, Ballina from 9.30 am.  Gisele Ferreol will be demonstrating choux pastry cookery, both savoury and sweet.  Everyone will be able to sample the dishes for an early lunch at 11.30 am, finishing by 12.30pm.Choux_Pastry_Sweet.jpg

The cost is $25 and there is a limit of 16 people, so get in early and book now,by:

  • depositing $25 into the AFCDN account by the 1st October: BSB 082707; Acc No 218392289.  Don't forget to put your name in the reference.

You will need to wear covered shoes and please bring an apron.
